Chantal was excellent to work with! We were looking to create a site that was eye-catching and unique, as well as user friendly, and ink did just that. Chantal asked us questions to determine our needs and from this was able to create an awesome design proof of the site right from the start. Having a great initial design made it easy to adjust small details to our taste. We always felt comfortable making requests and changes as needed, and each change was done quickly and sent to us for approval. She also had tons of creative ideas and really paid attention to the small details, which really makes a big difference in the overall look of the site.

The estimate that was given to us was incredibly accurate and Chantal sent periodic updates to keep us posted on our budget. Whenever we requested additional pages to be added, or other work to be done, Chantal sent us a new price quote to update our initial budget prior to beginning the work.
